My logistics strategy is rolling two small backpacks and a lunch bag tight enough that I have to sit on them to close the Australia Post prepaid small satchel.

I’m not sharing a packing tip. This is a product design constraint – because everything about what I can make, what I can charge, and how it gets to the customer is shaped by what fits in the cheapest available envelope.
