Ripple Festival is a privately owned Australian company, co-founded by Fiona Johnston of Peach Business and Mia Fileman of Campaign Del Mar. As long-time small business owners, they’ve built supportive communities of creative, purpose-led entrepreneurs. Ripple Festival brings that community together in real life for two days of business, creativity, and connection, blending strategy, substance, and soul in a festival experience designed by small business owners, for small business owners.
