Supervisors and operational leaders are often promoted based on technical capability, yet are expected to make high-stakes decisions, manage risk and lead teams in complex environments with limited formal development.
The Risk-Based Leadership™ Development Program is a structured six-month program designed to strengthen leadership capability in real-world operational settings.
This is not a traditional leadership course. It focuses on practical, risk-based capability in environments where decisions directly impact safety, performance and organisational outcomes.
Participants develop the ability to:
- Recognise early indicators of operational risk
- Make confident and defensible decisions under pressure
- Lead teams through uncertainty and change
- Manage contractors, projects and critical risks effectively
- Respond with confidence during incidents and disruption
The program is delivered over 12 structured training days, combining practical workshops, facilitated discussions and real-world application.
Delivery is available face-to-face across Australia and online.
