Glue Store to close all retail stores after $8.4 million loss

All remaining Glue Stores are set to close, or be sold, by the end of this financial year.

Glue Store will soon close or sell its remaining 16 retail stores across Australia, following a decision by its owner to focus on its global brands instead.

Originally founded by prominent Australian ragtrader Hilton Seskin in 1998, Glue Store has been operated by ASX-listed Accent Group since 2021, when it acquired the chain of clothing and footwear stores from UK-based JD Sports Fashion.
